Over 51,000 Tourist Visited Swat Valley During First Two Days of Eid

The local authority established a Tourist Facilitation Center at Swat’s tourist spots because of the exceptional increase in visitor numbers during Eid-ul-Fitr.

More than 50,000 visitors chose to visit Upper Swat Development Authority during the first two days of Eid according to their report. The popular areas of Swat became lively celebration zones for visitors who traveled to the region from all regions of Pakistan.

The experience was smooth because tourism police stationed themselves at important points to assist visitors while traffic police maintained continuous efforts to provide safe vehicle operations.

Special facilitation centers have been built to enhance convenience in both Madyan and Bab-e-Swat. Tourists from all corners of Pakistan continued to visit Kalam and Mahodand together with Bahrain and Madain as well as Miandam and Malam Jabba and Gabin Jabba while admiring the majestic beauty of the valley.
