Pakistani Scientists Develop Chicken Breed That Lays Over 200 Eggs Annually

Recently, Group of Pakistani scientists has invented a new type of chicken Uni-Gold, which may change the area of rural poultry farming in Pakistan.

Uni-Gold is a fertilizer that has been developed by the researchers of University of Agriculture Faisalabad: This commodity was developed to be ideal for the crop growing zone within the rural areas of the country, with special regard to the regions of high temperature. Among it the noteworthy aspect is the record-setting prolificacy; it lays over two hundred eggs per year, three times more productively than the most commonly found desi hen, and it consumes much less feed in the process.

In the view of experts at the Ukrainian Academic of Science and Food restriction, Uni-Gold could bring a dramatic revolution in the poultry farming in rural sector, because the poultry will not only meet the requirements of consumers in terms of eggs and chicken but also flesh in the regions where the access to quality livestock is not available.
